Book an X-RayX-Ray Book a Workflow X-Ray: a fixed-price diagnosis

Netex · Heraklion · Almyros industrial area

Show us one working day. We'll show you which 3 hours of it don't need to be human.

We see what you can't. And we measure it.

We X-ray how your business really runs, find where hours and money leak, and build the AI, software and marketing that win them back. From Heraklion and the Almyros industrial area.

Or scroll down and watch how we think.

A painted brain seen from above: gears and a network of points of light on the left, a blue splash of paint on the right. A diagonal at 47 degrees joins the two halves.
Fig. 1 — Our studio, drawn with a psychologist's eye. Left: logic. Right: imagination. The original artwork was animated with an AI tool.

Exploded view

Static version: the brain in cross-section, every part labelled.
  1. This is what a business looks like under an X-ray.

  2. Left: logic. Workflows, systems, data. Home of the AI that gives you hours back.

  3. Right: creativity. Image, emotion, story. Home of the mechanisms that make people stop.

  4. Yes, we know: the brain doesn't really work like this. That's exactly why we join the two halves.

AI finds the hours. Marketing turns them into customers. Rarely does one team do both.

Diagram: the Netex brain in cross-section. On the left, gears labelled User research, Personas, Customer journey, Wireframes, Usability testing, Workflows, Data, Decisions, and a workflow graph: input, check, decision, output. On the right, design artefacts: type, colour, a button, a 12-column grid, a phone screen. In the middle, the diagonal at 47 degrees.

Two doors

Every business is a factory.

Some turn out parts, some room nights, some invoices. Come in on the side that hurts.

AI & Custom Solutions

We find the hours that leak away and bring them back.

Industrial AI · vision

Find 5 defects in 20 seconds.

One AI-generated image of an olive-oil bottling line. First you search, by eye. Then you see what a vision model found in the same image, mistakes included.

AI-generated image: an olive-oil bottling line with rows of glass bottles on a stainless-steel conveyor, green caps and Greek labels. Five defects count in this round. This image was created with an AI tool (AI Act, Article 50).

Tap anything that looks like a defect. Scroll or pinch to zoom.

  1. missing cap
  2. upside-down label
  3. torn label
  4. wrong cap (red)
  5. tipped-over bottle

When the clock stops, you see what the vision model flagged on this line, false alarms included.

Keyboard: arrows move the crosshair, Enter marks, + and − zoom.

Without the image: the AI-generated image shows an olive-oil bottling line. Five defects count in this round: a bottle with no cap, an upside-down label, a torn label, a red cap among green ones and a bottle lying on its side. The vision model found all five, but it also flagged three defects that aren't there: two bottles "missing a label" in a lane that normally runs unlabelled, and a reflection on the steel guide rail.

What a real model saw, mistakes included. This image was created with an AI tool (AI Act, Article 50).

What the vision model flagged on this line.

Yes, it gets things wrong: it also saw three defects that aren't there. That's why, on your line, anything doubtful goes to a person.

The invisible

The costliest problem looks like an ordinary Tuesday.

It's 07:40 in the Almyros industrial area. The shift supervisor opens three spreadsheets. Nobody calls it a problem; it's how it's always been done.

  • When Nikos is on leave, line 2 stops.

    plant
  • Our quote takes three days. The customer ordered elsewhere in three hours.

    sales
  • The phone rings. At 15:01 nobody picks up.

    clinic
  • Every May we train 40 seasonal staff from scratch.

    hotel
  • The month closes on the 12th of the next one.

    finance
  • A customer asks "what size should I get?" at 23:40. Who answers?

What we measure before we build anything.

No promised results before the X-Ray. Only a promise of what we'll measure.

Method

Your path to excellence. Literally.

The tagline in our logo became a method: four steps, each with a duration and a deliverable.

Before anything else: a 45-minute Scan call, free.

  1. Step P: X-Ray, 1–2 weeks

We shadow the work on site, stopwatch in hand, and read it from your own data.

    Deliverable Hours-Leak Map

  2. Step A: Opportunity map, 1 week

We rank every opportunity by value, feasibility and time to first benefit.

Deliverable Opportunity map and pilot charter

  3. Step T: Measured pilot, 4–8 weeks

One slice of the work in live operation, a person in control, a weekly KPI board.

Deliverable A working system and a pilot report

  4. Step H: Scale, ongoing

Monitoring, training, roll-out, and every quarter a report counting the hours returned.

    Deliverable Quarterly value report

The pilot's targets are signed before a line of code is written.

X-Ray from €890. Plant X-Ray from €4,900. Credited 100% against the pilot. Prices exclude VAT.

Proof

What we found, what we built, what we measured.

Each card here carries one number at most, and only if it's real. Anything without a number yet says so.

Field Case 01 · e-shop

Frame Hunt: a reel made to be paused.

A car drives through an Instagram Reel. In a single frame, a discount code. To catch it, you had to rewind and pause at exactly the right moment. The reel went viral and the e-shop's DMs filled up.

A still from the reel: a car in motion, blurred by speed.

It happened. We'll publish the numbers once we've verified them in the client's own account.

Black Box · the next one

The next measured case could be yours.

Every Black Box records the incident, the hidden cost, the intervention, the result, the payback period and what the AI didn't do. If you'd like to be the first measured case in your sector, ask us about the terms.

Use cases

Twelve sectors. Twelve things nobody sees.

From the production line to a tutoring school's whiteboard. For each sector: what we'd build, what would disappear and what we'd measure.

Every card is a use case. The numbers come from public sources, labelled. Images labelled "AI-generated image" were made with AI.
