Custom software & ERP
Tuesday, 09:30. One order from Viber, one by email, one by phone. Three rounds of typing into the same ERP.
Orders come in by email, Viber and phone. Someone types them in again.Custom software and ERP integration with AI, myDATA and e-invoicing.
We connect the systems you already have (ERP, myDATA, e-shop, couriers, Skroutz) and build the software missing between them: B2B portals, field apps, order intake from Viber. Whatever already exists digitally doesn't get typed in again.

The demo didn't load. The text below says what you would have seen.
Your systems map
The usual picture in a Greek SME. Yours is mapped in the X-Ray.Drag the systems you use onto the canvas. Or tick them in the list.
We found 4 manual hand-offs.
- Cyan: data can flow on its own
- Orange: someone retypes it today
The canvas is empty. Start with your ERP.
Each hand-off is a point where someone retypes something that already exists digitally.
- Viber → SoftOne: customer orders · by hand
- WooCommerce → SoftOne: stock, prices, orders, customers · by hand
- ACS → WooCommerce: vouchers, tracking, cash on delivery · by hand
- SoftOne → myDATA: document transmission · automatic
- myDATA → SoftOne: received expenses, classifications · by hand
Why it works
- Mechanism
- Every line is a hand-off of data. Orange means a person does the hand-off.
- Why it holds
- Manual hand-offs show up in no system, because they happen between systems.
- What we measure
- Hand-offs per order · minutes per hand-off · errors each hand-off creates
- What to expect, honestly
- The map shows where to look. What each hand-off costs, we measure in the X-Ray.
The problem
Your ERP got AI. Who's going to redesign the work around it?
The big ERP vendors now build AI assistants into their products. ENTERSOFTONE talks of up to 70% less data-processing time. euro2day on ENTERSOFTONE's new ERP releasessource euro2day on ENTERSOFTONE's new ERP releases (opens in a new tab)
AI inside the ERP works inside the ERP. But your orders come in from Viber, invoices arrive by email and shipments leave with three couriers. We join up the systems around the ERP and redesign the flow, so its AI has something clean to work with.
We don't compete with your ERP. We make it hear the other systems.

How it works
One system has the final say on each piece of data.
Before we connect anything, we decide which system is the source for each piece of data: stock in the ERP, the order in the e-shop, transmission at the provider. That way there are never two versions of the truth. Then we build the connections, with monitoring and an alert when something fails.

What we build
The software missing between your systems.
B2B ordering portals
Your customers order for themselves, at their own ERP prices, even from a phone with no signal.
What disappears
The paper order typed in at night.Field and operator apps
Job list, checklist, photos and signature on a phone or tablet, sent to the ERP as soon as there's signal.
What disappears
The handwritten job sheet that reaches the office three days later.Order intake from Viber and email
The message becomes a draft order in the ERP; unknown codes and off-list prices wait for approval.
What disappears
Typing the same order in a second time.Reusable connectors
Connectors for ERPs, myDATA, couriers and marketplaces, tested and documented, that go in faster at the second company than at the first.
What disappears
Starting from scratch every time.Internal tools
Quote builders on ERP prices, approval flows, customer portals with order status and certificates.
What disappears
The spreadsheet running alongside the ERP.
Other sectors, same method
Six companies. Six systems that weren't talking.
From a drinks distributor to an olive-oil mill exporting to Germany: the data already exists. Someone is just carrying it across by hand.
Use cases built on how Greek businesses actually work. Wherever there's a number, its source or its maths sits right beside it.
- Today
- Paper, photos on Viber, phone calls. It all ends up typed into the ERP, and the mistakes show up at loading.
- With the integration
- A B2B ordering portal in an app that works without signal, with each customer's prices from SoftOne. Customers who prefer Viber write there; the assistant turns the message into a draft order.
- The human
- Orders with an unknown code or an off-list price wait for approval.
- Systems
- SoftOne · Viber · B2B app (PWA)
- We measure
- Orders with no retyping · wrong lines · time from order to loading
- The maths
- We put a number on it only after measuring your own workflow.
Connects to Web & Apps
- Today
- Stock in three places, courier vouchers copied and pasted, invoices issued by hand, cash-on-delivery payouts checked in a spreadsheet.
- With the integration
- The ERP becomes the single source of stock and prices. WooCommerce and Skroutz stay in sync, vouchers for ACS, BOX NOW, ELTA Courier and Geniki Taxydromiki are created automatically, the e-invoice goes out through your provider and COD payouts reconcile themselves.
- The human
- Anything that doesn't match (stock, payment, return) goes into one exceptions list for a person.
- Systems
- WooCommerce · Skroutz · ACS · BOX NOW · ELTA Courier · Geniki Taxydromiki · e-invoicing provider · ERP
- We measure
- Oversells · minutes per shipment · COD payouts that don't reconcile
- The maths
- We put a number on it only after measuring your own workflow.
Connects to E-shops
- Today
- A handwritten sheet, photos on the technician's phone, invoicing once the paperwork turns up.
- With the integration
- A phone app that works even in a basement with no signal: job list, checklist, photos, customer signature. The job report and the invoice are prepared in the ERP.
- The human
- The supervisor approves the invoicing. Safety findings go straight to the engineer.
- Systems
- Field app (PWA) · ERP · customer email

Connects to Web & Apps
- Today
- Lots, lab results, certificates and bills of lading live in folders, email and spreadsheets. Every export shipment costs an afternoon of paperwork.
- With the integration
- Traceability from olive intake to bottle. Export documents (invoice, packing list, certificates) come out of the ERP. Importers see each lot's lab results on their own portal, in English.
- The human
- The quality lead decides which documents each customer can see.
- Systems
- ERP · importer portal (EN) · lab records
- We measure
- Shipment prep time · time to answer an importer's request · lots with a complete file
- The maths
- We put a number on it only after measuring your own workflow.
Connects to The Tree That Texts
- Today
- The ERP issues, the e-invoicing provider asks for the details again, the certificate of conformity is typed in Word, and the customer phones to ask where the order is.
- With the integration
- The document goes from the ERP to the provider and myDATA without retyping. The digital delivery note follows the loading. Customers see order status and certificates on their own portal.
- The human
- Rejected submissions go to a queue with a reason, not into a silent error.
- Systems
- ERP · e-invoicing provider · myDATA · customer portal
- We measure
- Rejected submissions · minutes per shipment · "where's my order?" calls
- The maths
- We put a number on it only after measuring your own workflow.

Connects to Plastics & packaging
- Today
- Availability in a spreadsheet, contracts on paper, damage in photos on an employee's phone.
- With the integration
- One fleet calendar keeps the website and brokers in sync. Handover and return happen on a tablet: time-stamped damage photos, signature, mileage. The contract and the invoice are prepared in the ERP.
- The human
- Damage charges are always approved by a person, with the photos in front of them.
- Systems
- Booking website · brokers · handover app (PWA) · ERP
- We measure
- Double bookings · minutes per handover · damage disputes
- The maths
- We put a number on it only after measuring your own workflow.

What we measure
We count the hand-offs that disappeared.
- Manual hand-offs per order, before and after
- Minutes per order, shipment or job
- Rejected myDATA submissions
- Oversells and stock errors
- Days from job to invoice
- Uptime of each connection and time to restore
Running it
Connections break when something changes at the other end.
A courier changes its API, AADE releases a new version, someone adds a field to the ERP. That's why every connection we build has a health check and an alert, so we see the problem before your customer does.
- Monitoring on every connection, with an alert when one fails
- Updates for new API versions and new AADE requirements
- Documentation for each connection: what it moves, when, and what it does when it fails
- An SLA with response times agreed in writing
- A monthly report: what went through, what was rejected, what was fixed

We'd like to be firstQuestions
Can you connect our e-shop to SoftOne?
Yes. SoftOne has official Web Services, through which we sync stock, prices, customers and orders with WooCommerce or Shopify. We decide which system has the final say on each piece of data, so there are never two versions of the truth, and we monitor every connection.
What does the myDATA API automate?
AADE's REST API (version 2.0.0) handles retrieving income and expenses and, for accountants, sending classifications for authorised clients. From 1 February 2027, invoices are transmitted only through a certified provider. So expenses arrive on their own, get checked and classified, and the accountant approves before anything is transmitted.
Do we have to change our ERP?
Almost never. The problem is usually not the ERP but what happens around it: orders on Viber, invoices in email, spreadsheets beside the system. We connect those to the ERP you already have. If a system can't be connected safely, we tell you in the X-Ray.
Who owns the data and the code?
The data is always yours and stays in your systems or on EU infrastructure. For code we write specifically for you, ownership and usage terms are set out in the contract. Every connection is documented, so you never depend on anyone's memory.
What happens when something changes at AADE or in the ERP?
We keep watch. Every connection has a health check and an alert when something fails, so we see it before your customer does. When AADE releases a new API version or changes deadlines, we update the connections under the SLA.
How much does an integration cost?
It depends on the systems and how much data moves between them, so we don't quote blind. We start with a Workflow X-Ray, from €890, which maps every manual hand-off and is credited in full against what follows. A pilot on one workflow starts from €6,000.
How many systems does one of your orders touch before it ships?
In the X-Ray we map every hand-off, time it, count its errors and show you which connections are worth building first.
