AI Front Desk
A clinic, 15:01. The doctor is with a patient; reception left at three.
The phone rings. At 15:01, nobody picks up.AI front desk: voice and chat assistants that speak Greek.
An assistant that answers your phone, Viber, WhatsApp and website, in Greek and other languages. It books appointments, takes orders, says it's AI in its very first sentence and hands over to a person when it should.
"Hello, you're speaking with Netex's digital assistant, an artificial intelligence system."

How it works
It answers only from what you gave it.
Every assistant we build has a way out to a person.
Your knowledge
Opening hours, price list, FAQs, availability from your calendar, PMS or ERP. Nothing from the “general” internet.
The assistant
It works out what the customer wants, asks for anything missing and reads the critical details back. If it isn't sure, it asks again.
The action
An appointment in the calendar, a booking in the PMS, a draft order in the ERP, a confirmation on Viber or by email.
The human
Complaints, emergencies, medical or legal questions, prices off the list: they go to a person, with the full conversation attached.
Greek voice
Greek numbers are the hard part.
Numbers, names and addresses: that's where voice assistants trip up. So we run a 100-call test before every handover, and hand over only when booking-detail accuracy is at least as good as your own staff's.
- Critical details are always read back to the caller.
- If it isn't sure, it asks again or hands over to a person. It doesn't guess.
We measure: booking-detail accuracy · median response time · handover rate · caller satisfaction

What we measure
Satisfaction and automation, always together.
The automation rate on its own lies: an assistant that closes every conversation fast may be driving customers away. That's why the monthly report always shows both, plus the 10 questions asked most often.

- Today
- Calls are lost at peak times and after closing. Vaccination reminders are phoned through when someone has a minute.
- With the assistant

What is an AI front desk?
An assistant that answers your phone, Viber, WhatsApp and website, in Greek and other languages. It books appointments, takes orders and answers questions only from your own information. It says it's AI in its first sentence and hands over to a person when it should, or when asked.
How much does an AI agent cost for a business?
We publish our prices: Chat from €390/month + €2,500 set-up, Chat + Voice from €790/month + €5,500 set-up, Concierge from €1,500/month. Usage (voice minutes, WhatsApp messages) is billed by volume. The final price depends on the integrations with your calendar, PMS, CRM or ERP. Prices exclude VAT.
Does it handle Greek properly, with numbers and addresses?
That's the hard part, and we say so. Before every handover we run a 100-call test with dates, digits, street names, regional accents and noisy lines. We hand over only when booking-detail accuracy matches your own staff's at least. Critical details are always read back.
Does it have to say it's AI?
Yes. Since 2 August 2026, Article 50 of the AI Act says anyone talking to a chatbot or voice assistant must be told so from the start. In Greece the Hellenic Data Protection Authority is responsible (Law 5321/2026). Our assistants say it in their first sentence, along with the transcription notice.
What if it doesn't understand, or gets it wrong?
It asks again, and if it still isn't sure, it passes the call or message to a person. It never guesses a date or a code: it reads them back to the caller to confirm. Every conversation is logged, and each month we look at where it got stuck and fix it.
Does it connect to our calendar, PMS or ERP?
In most cases, yes, and that's half the job. The assistant writes appointments to your calendar, bookings to the PMS, draft orders to the ERP and contacts to the CRM. We check your own integration in the first call or the X-Ray, before any quote.
Will it replace our receptionist?
No. It catches the calls nobody has time for: at peak, during breaks, after closing. Your people keep whatever needs judgement and warmth. Klarna learned this the hard way and hired people back. That's why every assistant we build has a way out to a person.
Listen to our assistant. Then picture it on your own line.
Send us the 20 questions you hear most often. On the call, we'll show you the assistant answering them.
