What applies when you read, play or write to us through netex.gr. By using the site you accept these terms; if you disagree with something, tell us.

In 30 seconds

  1. The site informs. Only a written proposal or contract binds us.
  2. Prices are ‘from’ prices, excluding VAT.
  3. Demos, meters and scenarios show mechanisms. They’re not advice, and not a promise of results.
  4. Quote us freely, with credit and a link. Don’t copy whole pages, code or images.
  5. Found a security gap? Tell us first. We don’t pursue good-faith researchers.
  6. Greek law applies.

The full text follows. If anything differs, the full text applies.

Provider

Who’s behind the site.

netex.gr is owned and run by Netex. The details below are provided under Greek Presidential Decree 131/2003 on electronic commerce.

The site

It informs. It doesn’t sign.

The site describes what we do, how we work and roughly what it costs. It isn’t a binding offer. Work begins only with a written proposal or contract setting out the scope, price, timings and any guarantee. If anything on the site differs from the proposal, the proposal wins.

The prices we publish are ‘from’ prices, excluding VAT, for the most common scope. The final price depends on the size of the job and is set out in the proposal. We publish them because that’s how we’d want to find them.

The response times we state, such as ‘a person replies within one working day’, are commitments we keep in practice. If we’re ever late, tell us; we want to know.

Demos and estimates

They show how something works. Not what you’ll gain.

Demos show the mechanism at work. Scenarios are use cases: they show how a mechanism works in a trade, and their numbers are worked examples or typical ranges. You’ll find them with their label: use case, example, typical range. The meters give a range, with the formula alongside. They’re a starting point for a conversation, not a forecast or a promise of savings. Only the X-Ray, which measures your own work, gives a number for your business.

Wherever you see AI model output, it’s what the model actually saw, mistakes included. Models make mistakes; that’s why we show them.

The e-invoicing readiness check, the funding tables and the pages on the AI Act and GDPR give general information, with a review date. They don’t replace your accountant or lawyer for your own case.

The marketing scenarios in the Strategy Lab are use cases. Those involving regulated professions (health, pharmacies, law, insurance) or prize promotions need a legal review before a business puts them to work; we carry it out with you before anything goes live. KPI ranges are planning estimates, not guaranteed results.

Sources

Every number has a source or a label.

The site’s numbers are either playable, measured or cited, with a label for the kind of source: official statistics, vendor data, self-reported. We check them before publishing and say when we last checked. Third-party sources change or get revised; if you spot an error, tell us and we’ll correct it with a note.

Intellectual property

Quote freely. Don’t copy.

The text, design, code, images, video, demos and the brain illustration belong to Netex or are used under licence from their creators. The Netex name and mark may not be used without our written permission.

You may quote short extracts and figures, crediting Netex and linking to the page. You may draw on the mechanisms in the scenarios: ideas travel freely, which is why we publish them. You may not republish whole pages, copy the demos’ code or the images, or present our work as your own.

Third-party campaigns we mention, in the mechanisms’ lineages for instance, belong to their creators. We describe them for commentary and analysis, citing the source.

Licences and credits

  • Typefaces: Commissioner (Kostas Bartsokas), Literata, JetBrains Mono and Handjet, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, hosted on our server.
  • Map data: © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the ODbL.
  • The animated versions of the brain were made with the help of an AI tool and carry the ‘AI-assisted animation’ label.

Use

Play as much as you like. Just don’t break it.

You may use the site, its demos and its games for personal or business information. You may not:

  • try to access parts of the site or server that aren’t public;
  • load the server with mass or automated requests, or copy the site in a way that affects how it runs;
  • use our forms to send spam, malicious code or someone else’s details without their permission;
  • win codes or leaderboard places with scripts, tampered requests or multiple identities (see the game terms);
  • use the site’s name or look to mislead others.

When we spot such use, we may block access, cancel codes or entries and, where needed, inform the authorities.

Found a security gap?

Write to info@netex.gr with the subject ‘Security’ and enough detail for us to reproduce it. A person will reply, we’ll tell you what we did about it and, if you’d like, we’ll thank you publicly.

We won’t take legal action over good-faith research that doesn’t touch other people’s data, doesn’t disrupt the site, doesn’t use social engineering, and gives us reasonable time to fix things before any disclosure.

AI

We say where AI is involved.

The site’s assistants say they’re AI in their first sentence. Images, video and sound that were created or altered with AI and look real carry a label, AI-generated image or AI-assisted animation, as Article 50 of the AI Act requires.

We use AI tools for research and for drafting text. A person at Netex checks, edits and approves every text and takes responsibility for it, and every number is checked against its source before it goes live.

We allow search engines and AI assistants to read and quote the site, as set out in our robots.txt. If we change that, we’ll say so there, in a form machines can read.

We link to sources and third-party sites so you can check what we say. We don’t control their content and aren’t responsible for it. If a link is broken or a source has changed, tell us.

Liability

We do what we say. And we say where it stops.

We work to keep the site accurate, available and secure, but we can’t guarantee it will run without interruption or error. We may take it down for maintenance or change content without notice.

We’re not liable for losses arising from decisions based solely on the site’s general information, demos or estimates, without our written assessment of your case. This limit doesn’t apply to intent or gross negligence, or to anything the law doesn’t allow to be limited (Article 332 of the Greek Civil Code).

If you’re a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your rights under Greek consumer protection law (Law 2251/1994).

Games

The prize game, Frame Hunt, has its own terms: who can take part, what they win, how many codes exist, how long they’re valid and how they’re redeemed.

The game terms

Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. For any dispute we’ll try talking it through first. If that fails, the courts of Netex’s registered office, as shown in the provider details, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rules protecting consumers.

If any term is found invalid, the rest still apply.

Changes

When we change something material, we raise the version number and note here what changed. New terms apply from the day they’re published.
