Book an X-RayX-Ray Book a Workflow X-Ray: a fixed-price diagnosis

Studio

Netex: two offices, two hemispheres, one method. Engineers with a director's eye.

We're a digital engineering studio. We start with a diagnosis: where hours, errors and money leak. Then we build the AI, the software and the marketing that win them back, and we measure them.

The Netex brain seen from above: gears and a constellation of lines on the left, a hemisphere flooded with blue paint on the right.
The original artwork was animated with an AI tool.

At a glanceStudio

What is Netex?

Netex is a digital engineering studio with two offices, in Heraklion, Crete, and inside the Almyros industrial area in Magnesia. It joins the two halves that rarely share a team: logic (AI, automation, software) and creativity (marketing, image, story). Every job starts with a diagnosis, stopwatch in hand, and ends with a measurement.

The brain

Drawn to explain.

Our brain didn't come from a stock library. It was drawn by a graphic designer who is also a psychologist, so we could explain to clients, in a single picture, what UX is and what UI is.

On the left, logic: gears and a constellation of points that join up. On the right, emotion: a hemisphere flooding with colour. Between them, our logo's diagonal, at 47 degrees.

Yes, we know: the brain doesn't really work like that. That's why we join the two halves.

AI finds the hours. Marketing turns them into customers. Rarely does one team do both.

Left hemisphere

  • User research
  • Personas
  • Journey mapping
  • Wireframes
  • Usability testing

Right hemisphere

  • Design system
  • Visual principles
  • Mockups
  • Responsive
  • Accessibility

What we believe

  1. Diagnosis before tools.

We don't sell a chatbot to someone losing their hours to invoices.

  2. Mechanisms before posts.

First a reason for someone to hit pause, then the posting schedule.

  3. Measured, or it didn't happen.

A baseline before the change, the formula on the page, a range instead of a promise.

  4. People get their hours back.

We don't replace people. We give back the time that retyping eats.

  5. We work on site.

A stopwatch on the line, not guesses from an office.

Two offices

One in Heraklion. One inside the industrial zone.

How we work

We come to you. With a stopwatch.

The X-Ray happens where the work happens: in your office, at reception, on the production line. We sit your plant's safety induction, we time things, we photograph the paper on the desks, and we talk to the people who know how the work really gets done.

Where a job needs expertise we don't have in-house, such as NIS2 compliance or equipment on the line, we work with partners and tell you from the start who they are.

The PATH method, step by step

A note on the letters

The main typeface on this site, Commissioner, is by the Greek type designer Kostas Bartsokas. Its "Flare" axis turns a logical typeface into a creative one, like our brain.

Questions about the studio

What does "digital engineering studio" mean?

That we work like engineers with a director's eye: we measure before we design, and design what we've measured so that people actually use it. Diagnosis comes before tools, mechanisms before posts, and a baseline before any change, with the formula on the page and a range instead of a promise.

What does the brain on this site mean?

It's our studio, drawn as a brain by a graphic designer who is also a psychologist. The left hemisphere, gears and a constellation of lines, stands for logic: workflows, systems, data. The right, flooded with colour, stands for creativity. Our logo's 47° diagonal joins the two halves, as Netex does.

How do you work with a new client?

With the PATH method: an X-Ray of how the work really flows (1–2 weeks), an opportunity map ranked by value and feasibility (1 week), a measured pilot in live operation with a person in control (4–8 weeks), then scale-up with a quarterly report on the hours returned. A free 45-minute Scan call comes first.

Do you only work in Crete and Thessaly?

No. Our offices are in Heraklion and the Almyros industrial area, so on-site work there is quickest, but we work with businesses all over Greece. Elsewhere, the Workflow X-Ray runs remotely, with one visit where it's needed, and the build itself happens from our offices.

Which of your projects can we see?

Two completed projects have their own Black Box file: Frame Hunt, an Instagram Reel for a Greek e-shop with a discount code hidden in a single frame, and this site itself. We name clients only with their written permission. The Proof page also opens ten files on how the method would work in other trades.

Come by the office. Or bring us to your plant.
