Firms using AI in accounting, controlling and finance

From myDATA, expenses arrive structured. From clients, they arrive as photos on Viber. In between, an office that can’t hire as fast as it grows: 69% of Greek firms struggle to find staff. source (opens in a new tab)EY Barometer 2026 via OT.gr · survey
An accounting firm reaches 100 to 300 businesses. That’s why we see you as partners, not just clients.
The invisible
We hear the first three in accounting firms. The fourth in every law firm.

“We classify expenses one by one, for 200 clients.”
“Every month we chase the same documents from the same clients.”
“Bank reconciliation takes two screens and patience.”
“The formal notice we wrote last year is somewhere. We’re writing it again.”
What we build
On the left, what takes typing and chasing off the team and leaves judgement with the accountant or lawyer. On the right, what brings clients who find you because you answered something that worries them.
We don’t promise a percentage. We measure the hours that come back and tell you how many clients they make room for.
Expenses come in from myDATA and email. VAT numbers, VAT and totals are checked. A classification is suggested with a confidence score. Anything uncertain goes to your queue. Once approved, it posts to the ERP and myDATA.
The agent knows what’s missing from each client, asks for it, reminds and receives it. Files go to a secure portal, not the chat.
Matches transactions to documents and shows only what doesn’t match.
Matter type, facts, documents, an appointment. The lawyer gets a file, not a phone call.
Notices, contracts, briefs: it finds your closest existing text and drafts from it. Runs in the EU or on your own server, with an open Greek model if you prefer.
Reads filings and service documents, finds dates and deadlines, proposes them for the calendar. The lawyer confirms.
An accounting firm with 100–300 clients: 54–90 hours a month in year one (worked example, from the X-Ray below), roughly €980–1,640 a month at €18.20/hour.
A law firm with 3–8 lawyers: 18–50 hours a month in year one, worth roughly €540–2,500 of professional time at €30–50/hour (worked example). Use your own billing rate.
No savings percentage before the X-Ray. We measure it in your own business.
The accountant approves every low-confidence classification. The lawyer signs every document. No automated credit decisions, no scoring of people.
Ten questions, a readiness score, a PDF plan with deadlines. You send it to your whole client base and the results come to you.
A lease scrolls past: “There’s a trap. Pause and find it.” The next day the lawyer explains it in 30 seconds.
Enter income and employment type and see the date until which you “work for the state”. Every year, when tax returns open.
When someone asks for an “accounting firm in Volos for e-invoicing”, you’re the one named, with answers that carry an author and a last-reviewed date.

Funding. In the X-Ray we check which programme fits, if any does, against the current call text.
Hidden hours/month = (documents × minutes + documents × error % × fix minutes) ÷ 60
Cost/year = hidden hours/month × 12 × hourly cost (+ external cost, where there is one). Automatable = labour cost × department coefficient (0.50–0.70) + external cost × a second coefficient. People = hidden hours/month × coefficient ÷ 150 hours. Payback = pilot cost ÷ (automatable ÷ 12).
The coefficients are our own conservative estimate, shown here so you can challenge them. 150 hours is one person's productive time in a month (≈1,800 a year).
The form will already hold your numbers.

The Trap in the Fine Print
Residential lease
Example lease, written by us. Not legal advice.
The demo didn’t load. The text below says what you would have seen.
Without the demo: an example lease hides three clauses that expose the tenant: automatic renewal with six months’ notice, a deposit that can’t be offset without consent, and every repair on the tenant. The assistant marks them at once, along with one clause that was standard. A lawyer gives the opinion.
Funding
We don’t sell grants. We show you which programme fits, if one does.
For accounting and law firms there’s no open programme today that clearly fits. Your clients may have one, though, and the X-Ray annex shows them.

Proof
We ask one thing: permission to publish the numbers, with the method and the name of the person who got their hours back.
We’d like to be firstThese are other people’s numbers, with sources. We measure yours.
It pulls expenses from myDATA and email, checks VAT numbers, VAT and totals, suggests a classification with a confidence score, and sends anything uncertain to your queue. It chases documents on Viber, suggests bank matches and drafts the monthly summary. You approve.
You are, as today. That’s why nothing uncertain is submitted without approval, and you set the confidence threshold. Every suggestion keeps a trail: which document, which rule, who approved it.
Yes. We connect to myDATA through its REST API, to ERPs such as SoftOne and Entersoft, and to Epsilon through partners. If your software has no open connection, we say so in the X-Ray and propose the simplest bridge.
EU processing, a data processing agreement, no model training on your data, and access rights per client. For law firms there’s also the option of an open Greek model on your own server, so nothing leaves the office.
It collects the details of each new matter before you speak, drafts from your own precedents, and finds deadlines in documents for you to confirm. It gives no legal advice and signs nothing. The lawyer keeps every decision.
X-Ray
Two weeks: we count how many documents pass through, how many minutes each takes, how much chasing it needs and where reconciliation sticks. You leave with a map of hours and euros, and classification running on 20 of your own documents.
