How a code is won.

A game of skill, announced up front: no draw, no purchase, no ‘share to enter’. The rules, with no small print.

Game terms

  1. Taking part is free. No purchase, sign-up or sharing needed.
  2. Open to adults playing on behalf of a business or a professional project.
  3. Frame Hunt: stop the video on the right frame and win a code for a free 45-minute strategy session.
  4. One code per person and per business. Valid for 60 days.
  5. Frame Hunt: up to 10 codes a month. When they run out, the game carries on without a prize.
  6. Codes are issued and checked by our server. Scripts and tampered requests void the code.

Organiser

The organiser is Netex. The game runs on netex.gr, on the Frame Hunt page.

It isn’t connected with Instagram, Meta or any other platform, none of which sponsors or runs it.

Frame Hunt

One video, one frame, unlimited attempts.

A short video plays on a loop. One specific frame carries a code, and we say so from the start: the game is announced, not a hidden message. You stop the video with Space or a tap. If the pause lands within the tolerance window around the right frame, the server issues a code.

Tolerance window
±6 frames, about ±¼ of a second

Attempts are unlimited. There’s also a ‘Step mode, no timing’: you move one frame at a time with the arrow keys, or with the bar under the video on a phone, and pick the frame with Enter or the ‘This one’ button. It’s there for anyone who can’t play against the clock, and it counts like any other attempt.

If you press ‘Show me the frame’, you see the answer, but that attempt doesn’t earn a code.

The code frame doesn’t flash: the page stays below three flashes a second.

Prizes

What you win, exactly.

  • Frame Hunt: a 45-minute strategy session

One free 45-minute session with the Netex marketing team, by video call or at one of our offices, in Heraklion or Almyros. We look at your brand and one mechanism that would suit your sector. No deliverables beyond the notes from the conversation.

Prizes can’t be exchanged for cash or for another service, and can’t be transferred. They don’t commit you to buying anything afterwards.

Eligibility

Adults (18+) playing on behalf of a business, a professional or a professional project, from any country. Sessions are held in Greek or English.

Netex staff and contractors, and their families, can’t take part.

If a disability stops you from playing, write to us. We’ll give you the same prize without the game, within the same monthly limit.

Codes

From the server, not the page.

Issue
The code, in the format NX-XXXX-XX, is issued by our server at the moment of success and is unique. The right moment isn’t written into the page’s code; the server does the checking.
One per person
One code per person and per business. If more are issued to the same person or business, only the first one redeemed counts.
Monthly limit
Frame Hunt: up to 10 codes per calendar month, Greek time. When they run out, the page says so and the game carries on without a prize until the 1st of the next month.
Validity
60 days from issue. Book a time within that period. If we can’t find a time that suits us both within it, the validity extends until we do.
Redemption
Enter the code in the Contact form or send it to info@netex.gr. Our server checks that it’s valid and unused, and a person replies to book a time.
On your device
Your device remembers the code you won, so you can see it again. If you lose it, write to us with the day and rough time you won it; we’ll look it up by its issue time.

Fair play

A person catches the frame, not a script.

We void codes issued through scripts, bots, tampered server requests, interference with the page’s code or multiple identities. The server limits requests per connection; if you hit the limit, wait a few minutes.

Step mode and accessibility tools, such as the keyboard, a screen reader or switch access, are not cheating.

Sharing is optional and changes nothing. We’ll never ask you to tag or share to get a code.

If a fault issues codes by mistake or blocks issuing, we honour every code issued in good faith. If you caught the frame and the server didn’t answer, write to us with the time.

Data

To issue a code we don’t need your name or email. We keep the code, the issue time and a cryptographic fingerprint of the connection, to enforce ‘one per person’. We ask for a name and email only when you redeem, to book a time. Attempts and hits are counted only as totals, for the page statistics, without linking them to you.

Code records are deleted 90 days after the code expires; only anonymous totals remain. The rest is in the Privacy policy.

If we ask whether you’d like us to mention your win publicly, a ‘no’ changes nothing.

Changes

We may change or end the games, or the monthly limit, with notice on this page. Codes already issued stay valid until they expire.

Disagreements or complaints: write to info@netex.gr with the subject ‘Frame Hunt’. A person replies within one working day. Greek law applies, as in the Terms of use.
