Black Box · this site

This site: we measure ourselves first.

This site's speed, accessibility and security, measured on launch day, with the method next to every number.

Incident

Our previous site was English only. Our clients search, read and decide in Greek.

A studio that sells diagnosis has to be able to X-ray itself first. The previous netex.gr was English only and hid us from our own market. The new one had to be Greek at its root, playable, and measurable in public.

Hidden cost

Searches such as «τεχνητή νοημοσύνη για επιχειρήσεις» (AI for business) showed academic theses and news, not studios. «κατασκευή eshop Βόλος» (e-shop development, Volos) showed no local studio.

Google results check, October 2026 Our own calculation from official data. The source is linked.

Intervention

  1. Our own WordPress theme, no page builder. Every word and every number arrives as HTML from the server.
  2. Greek at the root, English at /en/, with the same slugs and hreflang on every page.
  3. Typefaces from our own server, with Greek and Latin subsets; Greek capitals without accents, set by CSS.
  4. A strict nonce CSP and zero inline JavaScript, security headers, hardened WordPress and Wordfence.
  5. Every demo has a keyboard path, a no-motion version and text instead of a canvas. The engines load when you ask for them.
  6. A static AVIF image or HTML text as the largest element on the first screen, never a video or a canvas.

Result

Measured on launch day. The targets are already here; the measurements go next to them as soon as they’re taken.

Payback

We measure it in X-Rays booked through the site. The number goes up after 90 days.

What the AI didn’t do

AI tools helped with the writing and the code. They didn’t decide what we promise, which numbers go in, or what gets published. A person signs those off.

Method note

Lab: Lighthouse on a mobile profile, median of 5 runs, on launch day, on Home, Industrial AI and one case page. Real users: Chrome UX Report after 28 days, 75th percentile. Accessibility: axe-core on every template, plus a manual keyboard and screen-reader pass. Security: an external header scan.

What this site doesn’t have: a logo wall, client numbers we didn’t measure, a chatbot that won’t say it’s AI.

What we don’t publish: software versions, admin paths, security settings.
